OUR CLIENT’S CHALLENGE
Kitchens Now! is the leading kitchen renovation company in the Western U.S. The company manufactures their own products and offers clients a speedy, efficient and quality renovation without a full kitchen remodel.
Kitchens Now! recently adopted a new marketing strategy that required leadership to find an easy way to monitor pipeline activity and track the sales lifecycle more efficiently. Ten2Eleven was engaged to implement a Salesforce.com (SFDC) instance that would consolidate prospective customer data into one, comprehensive location accessible by all Kitchens Now! employees.
Phase 1 – Needs Analysis:
The Ten2Eleven development team worked closely with Kitchens Now! staff to identify and document requirements and determine which Salesforce solution would best fit their needs.
Phase 2 – Product Development:
The Ten2Eleven team configured Salesforce’s Sales Cloud to conform to Kitchens Now! sales processes. Ten2Eleven further incorporated functionality that allowed users to generate custom estimates and integrated with DocuSign to capture approvals.
Phase 3 – Product Implementation:
Once the Salesforce instance was developed and thoroughly tested, the Ten2Eleven team implemented the package and provided training sessions to ensure Kitchens Now! staff had the knowledge they needed to maintain the Salesforce instance.
Ten2Eleven worked collaboratively with Kitchens Now! to implement a standard Salesforce Package and customized features to meet unique needs.
